Albania Includes ALL 1.3 Billion for Social and Affordable Housing

The draft 2027 budget presented on 2 November includes approximately ALL 1.3 billion for social and affordable housing programmes. The wider public investment plan totals ALL 201.5 billion, although no separate new residential development contract value was disclosed. The proposed allocation creates opportunities for housing developers, construction companies and property consultants.
